Some of my greatest life accomplishments are my successes in my athletic career in Rugby, Football, and track and field. A time when I've felt good about myself is when I help people in need such as volunteering in the Ronald McDonald house. I love to spend time with friends and family, especially at the beach. A character trait that I display is perseverance and never giving up. I am proud of myself when I make other people happy. My best happiness is being optimistic while looking at the bright side of things. Some of my goals include getting a job, going to college. Some of my priorities are my family, eating well, school, staying in shape, sports and friends.
What is CIBACS?
Center for International And Comunications Studies

The Center for International Business and Communication Studies (CIBACS) is a distinctive four-year program established in 1995 at Edison High School by Gary Rhoades and Richard Gruner, former teachers at the school. Offering an enriched curriculum, CIBACS integrates competitive projects, job shadowing, and internships with business partners to provide students with practical experiences. Students are equipped with advanced technological skills and taught to utilize various sources of information effectively.
Emphasis is placed on teamwork, cross-cultural sensitivity, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. The program aims to prepare graduates for the demands of the high-tech, international business landscape. CIBACS students are tasked with creating portfolios showcasing their abilities and presenting persuasive projects to a panel of judges after weeks of preparation. Through CIBACS, students emerge ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow's workforce.
